We know that performing internal quality audits at the agency and its associates is challenging. It is time consuming and challenging to keep it objective and unbiased.
Belay therefore coordinates a network of audit firms that want to conduct internal quality audits according to industry requirements -- along with other agencies. By participating in the network, you get a structured, neutral and efficient quality review from independent quality controllers in our network, completely free of charge.
The best part? You do not need to be a Belay customer to participate in the network!

Digital control
Belay will email instructions to you and the auditor. You upload documents digitally, and the auditor carries out the audit in the system with our checklists and provides a result for your confirmation.
Quality controls similar to those of the industry associations
Belay uses quality control flows with updated checklists for both assignment control for Reko, ISA & Rex but also for general control of the agency's guidelines.
Traceable documentation & history
When the quality control is complete, you can export all the materials from the quality control and save as you wish. You can also let Belay save it digitally in our system.
How quality control works with Belay's platform & network
1. Sign up for the network
You register in the network and state the notified employees, their title, the most recent assignment inspection performed and what periodic interval (audit cycle) your agency has according to your quality policy.
2. Appointment of control
Before each inspection period (autumn), Belay will appoint a quality controller from the network for your agency and your employees who are subject to assignment control.
3. Reaffirmation
The quality controller and you as an agency need to confirm the mission along with a test of impartiality and independence.
4. Execution and follow-up
The quality control will then be carried out completely digitally in our tool, where results and any actions are documented traceable in the system.
