That is why Belay coordinates a network of audit firms committed to performing internal quality reviews in line with industry standards, in collaboration with other firms. By joining the network, you gain access to structured, independent and efficient quality reviews carried out by independent reviewers.
You do not need to be a Belay customer to participate.

Reviews
Belay sends instructions by email to both you and the reviewer. Documents are uploaded digitally, and the review is carried out within the system using predefined checklists. The reviewer then submits their findings for your review and approval.

How quality control works in Belay's platform & network
1. Sign up for the network
To join the network, you submit information on the nominated employees, their roles, the date of the latest assignment review, and your agency’s audit cycle as defined in your quality policy.
2. Review appointment
Before each inspection period (autumn), Belay will appoint a quality inspector from the network for your firm and your employees who are subject for the review.
3. Reaffirmation
Both the inspector and you must confirm the assignment, including a declaration of impartiality and independence.
4. Execution and follow-up
The inspection is conducted fully digitally within our platform, and both results and follow-up actions are traceably documented in the system.
